Welcome to Zelio! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, including the website, mobile applications, and merchant dashboard ("Services"). By using Zelio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Zelio is a digital platform that enables cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and other small to medium-sized businesses to offer branded mobile applications, loyalty programs, online ordering, digital wallets, and customer engagement features.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a business to use Zelio as a merchant. Customers using the mobile app must agree to any in-app user agreement.
2. Account Creation & Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to use Zelio in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Zelio offers tiered pricing plans for merchants. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Merchants using digital wallets and payment integrations are responsible for complying with financial regulations, including setting up their own Stripe or other third-party accounts where applicable.
4. Intellectual Property
Zelio and its content (including but not limited to design, branding, code, and features) are the intellectual property of Zelio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Zelio’s Services, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6. Data & Analytics
Zelio processes customer data to provide analytics and AI-driven insights. Merchants are responsible for ensuring their use of customer data complies with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
7. Limitation of Liability
Zelio is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from your use of the platform.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we’ll notify users through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
